Hello there I have almost taken the decision to hire a math tutor , because I've been having a lot of problems with algebra homework this year. each time when I come home from school I spend hours and hours with my algebra homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not certain whether a algebra private teacher is worth it, since it's really expensive, and who knows, maybe it's not even that good . Does anyone know anything about multiplication of cuberoot by a squareroot that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding multiplying fractions, least common measure or algebraic signs? Any ideas will be much appreciated . |

What exactly don't you understand about multiplication of cuberoot by a squareroot? I remember having problem with the same thing in Algebra 2, so I think I could try to give you some suggestions on how to handle such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should get Algebrator, that's what I did in my Remedial Algebra, and I have to say it's the greatest ! It's less costly than a tutor and you can count on it anytime you feel like. It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever used a similar program. I would advise you to buy it as soon as you can and forget about getting a math teacher. You won't regret it! |

I discovered a a few software programs that are appropriate. I verified them . The Algebrator seemed to be the most suitable one for powers, scientific notation and inverse matrices. It was also uncomplicated to work with . It took me step by step towards the answer rather than only giving the solution. That way I got to learn how to work out the problems too. By the time I was done with it , I had learnt how to explain the problems. I found them functional for Intermediate algebra, Basic Math and Algebra 2 which aided me in my algebra classes. May be, this is just what you need . Why not try this out? |

quadratic inequalities, point-slope and factoring were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is truly the best algebra program that I have come across. I have used it through several algebra classes – Intermediate algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math. Simply typing in the algebra problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my math homework would be ready. I truly recommend the program. |
